How to Properly Attach Your Deadman Control:
Attach the handles to the blast hose with clamps near the nozzle itself. Create a loop line with the twinline/control cord that comes at least 6″ away from the hose, runs 6″ parallel to the hose and comes 6″ back to the hose. With heavy duty adhesive tape, attach the twinline to the hose where the loop line ends by wrapping the tape around the inline twice and then again around the hose. This train-relief is only required on the first connection near the control handles. Secure the twinline and hose with heavy duty adhesive tape every 3 feet.
