How To Prevent Flash Rust

Flash rust is pretty common to industrial painters but for those who water blast or mist blast, it’s an almost guarantee.

The easiest remedy for flash rust is to apply a rust inhibitor to the surface to hold the blast until priming – or simply add it to the water tank of your mist blaster and it applies itself while blasting.

As long as it doesn’t rain, this should hold the blast for 72 hours.
