Hand Tools
There are many specialty hand tools used for abrasive blasting solutions, such as vacuum blasting, wire wheel bristle blasting, power blast guns, internal pipe blasting tools and internal pipe painting tools. All these specialty tools are designed for specific applications and solutions.
These specialty hand tools are designed with specific use cases. They are intended for use in cases where conventional blasting methods are either not practical or unsafe.
Some of these tools, such as internal pipe tools or vacuum workheads, modify conventional blasting methods to fit a specific application or scenario (e.g. blasting inside of a pipe, or in a scenario where abrasive recovery is crucial).

Others—like the suction blasting gun, bristle blaster, or palm sander—are optimal for touch-up work or smaller use cases where a complete blasting set up would either be too cumbersome or impractical.
These tools have their strengths in specific circumstances. But they are also specialty tools—meaning they also have drawbacks in certain scenarios and limited versatility. It’s advisable to consult a technical expert about the job details and constraints before purchasing.
