• Available in Brass, Aluminum, Steel, and Nylon, these couplings offer versatility to suit various abrasive blasting applications. 

Standard vs. MegaMax Couplings 

• Standard Couplings: 
  • Compatible with other standard couplings, providing reliable performance for general blasting needs. 
• MegaMax Couplings: 
  • Feature a full-flow design to minimize air restrictions and maximize PSI at the nozzle.
  • Ideal for high-production blasting with 1.5″ or 2″ ID blast hoses, delivering enhanced efficiency and power. 
  • Not suited to be used on 1.5″ 2-Ply BHS40 Blast Hose.
  • Note: Standard and MegaMax couplings require an adapter to fit together. 

Compatibility

• Designed for blast hoses only; threaded QC fittings for metering valve outlets are available separately. Industry-standard sizes: Q1, Q-1, Q2, Q-2, Q3, Q-3, Q4, Q-4, Q6, Q-6. 
• MegaMax Couplings are not suited to be used on 1.5″ 2-Ply BHS40 Blast Hose.
